Westwood Hills Our Community Our Schools Our Shops Homes Association <br> and Foundation City Info

We’re proud of our excellent schools, neighborhood involvement and the feeling we have of a secure environment in which to live, work and play. We are a small town, yet right in the middle of metropolitan amenities. Most important, Westwood Hills is a city where community counts.

Annual Community Events

When you move to Westwood Hills, you do more than just buy a house, you become part of a 60 year tradition of community involvement and participation.  Westwood Hills comes together for events both large and small.

Westwood Hills - A Sense of Community

Spring Egg Hunt and Arbor Day Celebration – Held annually in the Spring, the community comes together for an annual egg hunt.  We also use this occasion to celebrate our status as a "tree city" and affirm the importance of trees to our community.

Fourth of July Celebration - The annual 4th of July Celebration is a community picnic held on our "Green" that brings all of our citizens together to celebrate.  A parade, music, ice cream and city fireworks mark our annual celebration

Fall Dinner – Once a year, our community comes together at an annual dinner to celebrate the sense of community that Westwood Hills creates.

Block Parties - several streets offer an opportunity to come together throughout the year.
