undertaking minor repairs such as: painting, decorating, minor landscaping,
patching,
maintenance. You need a permit for all of the following:
- Demolish a structure
- Major landscaping
- Replace a roof
- Install exterior mechanical equipment
- Replace windows
- Add on to an existing structure
- Build a porch
- Replace an air conditioner compressor and move its location
- Install siding
- Build a fence, retaining wall, install a hedge
- Install a skylight
- Install a detached children’s playhouse
- Driveway replacement
- Construction of a dormer
- Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical work
- Build a deck
