Our vision
is to promote "green citizenship" in keeping the targeted goals
of the US Mayors Climate Protection agreements to educate the
public, schools, other jurisdictions, business and professional
association about reducing global warming pollution. The GREEN Initiative will provide a NewsPage style format program for cities to use as a mailer with their own newsletters.. The NewsPage will contain articles, tips, suggestions, etc. for residents to practice "green-citizenship". This is all aimed at urging cities, individual residents, and neighbors to reduce carbon emissions, by implementing energy conservation measures at the very lowest level . . . at home. |
